The issuance of Certificates or Statements of Results is the sole responsibility of SETA or QCTO. This process typically takes 3-6 months, depending on factors such as load-shedding and SETA/QCTO processing times. Should this timeframe be exceeded, learners will be informed of the reasons for the delay. Please note that delays from SETA may occur, especially during the mid-December to mid-January closure period.

Heypex.co.za shall not be held liable for any delays caused by SETA/QCTO under any circumstances, nor for any damages or inconveniences resulting from such delays.

If you fail to complete the course for which you are enrolled, you may not transfer, assign, or reallocate it to another individual. (Additional Terms & Conditions apply).

Employers are not permitted to cancel the course registration of any employee, regardless of submission status. Any internal company issues affecting this process will remain the responsibility of the learner and their employer.

All course materials or content are protected by copyright laws and are strictly for learner use only. No part of the course material may be used for personal or company advantages without authorization. Legal action will be taken against offenders.

If your portfolio or assignments are submitted to the incorrect address, Heypex.co.za will not be held accountable.

Due to the nature of our services, NO REFUNDS will be issued. These services cannot be returned once rendered.
